It is our passion to grow
this company to the point where most of our work is in this category. We
want to build facilities that will be used to spread the gospel of Jesus Christ
and help the less fortunate, while at the same time reducing costs by not charging
for the 'traditional mark-ups and profit margins' usually associated with this
type of work. Please read the information under 'About Us'. While we
prefer the 'construction management, cost plus a fee' form of construction
method, we also will perform as a 'general contractor, at risk' if requested.
